GENERAL RULES:
We guarantee and represent that item is as described and as pictured in the store listing. Buyers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose of use. In the rare event that an issue is found and approved with the item you purchased, a full refund will be provided. A return is not required for the most cases. However, a photography is required to approve the issues.
SHIPPING:
We take great care packing every item to ensure safe shipment to you. All orders are processed within 1 day except Sunday and Holidays. We usually ship every day except Sunday and Holidays.
Domestic Shipping - Items are usually shipped by US Postal Office. The tracking number will be provided. NO insurance included unless otherwise stated in the item description. $1.23 additional charge if the insurance requested.
International Shipping - Please include your phone number in your profile. USPS First Class International shipments do not have the ability to be tracked while in transit or insured. Only USPS Priority Mail International shipments obtain tracking, and the tracking number will be provided. $1.23 additional charge if the insurance requested.
Terms - For items shipped domestically by US Postal Office and internationally by USPS Priority Mail International, we are not responsible for item loss as long as the tracking shows the item is delivered, but we are responsible if items are damaged during shipping. For items shipped internationally by USPS First Class Mail International, we are not responsible for item loss and damage during shipping. Buyer assume all risks and responsibility for the shipment.
RETURNS:
Please be aware of exactly what you are buying and ask questions before placing an order. All sales are final due to U.S. Public Health Regulation! We only accept the return if an item is mechanically defective for refund, or exchange.
Please contact us within 14 days if an item is mechanically defective to pursue the process. Buyer must pay the return shipping cost at any circumstances. We pay the shipping cost for resending. Once the item has been returned, inspected and approved, a refund or a replacement will be issued immediately.
For those returns due to unclaimed item, wrong shipping address or any issues caused by buyer, original shipping cost will be deducted from refund, or buyer pays shipping cost for resending.
